Kira Starhill Smith
Kira was born and raised in the Metropolitan DC area. She and her family moved to Western North Carolina in 2018, drawn by the magic of the mountains and the desire to live a more ecocentric and intentional lifestyle. Kira is an Executive Assistant for Olivette Realty, as well as a Real Estate Broker specializing in buyer transactions. She volunteers for a local farm animal sanctuary, and dedicates her off hours to their plant based food share program as well as helping out on the farm tending to the animal residents. When Kira has free time she can be found connecting with her creative side through textile arts, or gardening, with a focus on native flora and fauna. She is a devoted advocate for living in harmony with nature to help support and heal the environment. Kira and her family live in Weaverville, along with their beloved dogs, rabbits and chickens.
