Allison Chandler Smith is the founder and principal broker of Olivette Realty, the in-house real estate firm created to thoughtfully represent Olivette Riverside Community & Farm and its surrounding market.
With more than a decade of experience guiding buyers, sellers, and early adopters through Olivette’s evolution, Allison brings a rare combination of development insight, community stewardship, and strategic marketing expertise to her real estate practice. As a founding partner of Olivette Riverside Community & Farm, she has been deeply involved in every phase of the project—from vision and branding to sales strategy, community formation, and long-term value creation.
Allison founded Olivette Realty to ensure that properties within Olivette are represented with a deep understanding of the land, the culture, and the standards that make the community distinctive. Her approach goes beyond transactions, focusing instead on alignment, education, and protecting the long-term integrity of the community for both buyers and sellers.
In addition to representing Olivette properties, Allison works with select clients throughout the Asheville area who value thoughtful design, sustainable living, and community-oriented development. She is known for her clear communication, steady guidance through complex transactions, and ability to tell the deeper story behind a place.
Allison continues to lead Olivette Realty with a hands-on approach, mentoring agents, overseeing marketing and client experience, and serving as a trusted advisor to homeowners, buyers, and development partners.
