Recently Olivette’s very own Scott Austin was featured on episode 363 of the popular podcast Behind the Shield. Behind the Shield is a podcast hosted by James Geering, a Firefighter sharing the stories of talented people from a variety of backgrounds. The podcast aims to bring it’s listeners some of the “greatest minds on the planet” so it was no surprise that Scott would be featured.
Scott has been in the development industry for 20 years. He owns Austin Development with his brother Stephen and focuses primarily on hospitality, multifamily and single family residential construction throughout the Southeast. Their home office is in the first and only building their father built for his insurance company, where their brother Jeffery heads Construction Finance.
